Anatomy and physiology of the skin, chemistry of skin types, safety, sanitation, and infection control

Facials and body treatments, makeup artistry, waxing and hair removal, exfoliation and peeling methods

Client consultation, communication and ethics, business skills, retailing, marketing, and entrepreneurship

How long does it take to complete the 600-hour esthetics program?

The program can be completed in as little as 16 weeks with our full-time fast track, or up to 40 weeks with part-time and weekend schedules.

Do I need prior experience to enroll?

No prior esthetics experience is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is needed to apply.

What kind of jobs can I get after graduation?

Graduates qualify for careers as licensed estheticians, spa professionals, makeup artists, skincare specialists, and can even pursue clinical esthetics roles in medical settings.

Participants must possess a New York State Esthetician License or other professional licensing; including Cosmetologists (or equivalent professional governing body designation), Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practicing Nurse (LPN), Physicians’ Assistant (PA), Physician,  or Massage Therapist.   Exceptions may be made for graduate students in the above fields or in their last quarter of study.   Participants will receive a certificate of attendance from the professional conducting the workshop upon completion.
